Aaron worked with me at Excite@Home in a department two levels of support above me in our Regional Deployment Engineering group. He was encountering problems with his laptop not accepting two different PCM/CIA network cards he was using. He needed one of them for his home LAN and a different one for work. Prior to my helping him he would have to re-install the network cards each time he wanted to swap them out. He asked my manager (Jeff Sooy at the time) for special permission to assist him in resolving this issue. The following is the thank you letter he wrote following my work with him.
