Tom was unable to send e-mail when he called Excite@Home. I got his e-mail up and working again. I don't know if he ever sent an e-mail to my boss as I never received anything from him. This is just one more example of the thorough satisfying customer service I provide.

From: Tom Day [tdaymd@home.com] Sent: Thursday, October 28, 1999 7:15 PM To: Darcy Faegre Subject: Successful resolution of problem

Dear Darcy: Thank you for your help. We now have sent and received several E-Mails, Including one sent to some random 14 year old with an E-Mail address somewhat like my son's at his mother's house. In any case, thank you again. I think that some quality control is in order, because both my wife and I spent quite a bit of time with other support people who were unable to resolve our problem. I hope that things work well with other aspects of the service-otherwise I will ask for your help again. How do I specifically praise you to your bosses? Thanks, Tom Day.
