I assisted some of my co-workers with Excite@Home as well as customers. Although I performed this extra service (it was not part of my job description) on a regular basis it was rare that someone took the time to tell me in writing how much they appreciated my assistance. These are three of those letters.

bulletAaron needed the ability to use two seperate NICs in his laptop and the two simply would not agree with each other.
bulletTravis Mackey - Proxy Down
bulletTravis needed assistance getting a customer connected when a proxy server was down.
bulletTravis Mackey - Bypassing Proxies
bulletOn another occasion Travis needed a way for a customer to permanently bypass his proxy server. Again I gave him the information necessary to resolve the customers issue.
